#1 Solo x has no sq at all.#2 he has no where near enough power to get good numbers out of them.

#1- thats what im saying. the xxx does not belong in the same class as the solo x/dd (true spl subs) not designed for the same purpose

Well, I did some more research and I'm returning it all, I have about 7 grand to spend on a nice system this will be for COMP - (It was 7 grand but I didnt list everything I got on there, i bought 3-4 of each item different becuase I have 3 vehicles, 1 my personal vehicle, a big *** van, and a truck - im installing systems in all 3 and the van will be for comp and db drags.)

any suggestions?

You just can't throw stuff in a car and be compeitive...locally maybe. nationally no.

It takes tons of practice to be a competitor. and 98% of competitors install there own stuff. It takes knowledge to be compeitive. My suggestion, read up, then buy equipment.

yea. come back to reality... so now instead of having 1 system installed by someone, you are having 3 (including a "COMP" system)? really? you got any clue what that would cost you?

people like you make it difficult for people like me (new members) to get questions answered, because piss off the people who CAN give you advice... maybe as a new member i'm out of line here, but it aggravates me to no end to see crap like this, so i can only imagine how it pisses off the long time members (again, with negative ramifications for the new members)...

just out of curiosity, where'd you buy all this stuff you "returned"? how much of a restocking fee did they charge you? can't imagine they were real thrilled to take "7 grand" worth of stuff back...

I canceled the order through paypal, it was through hifisoundconnections (wasnt shipped out yet). I know little about systems but I usally have them installed - I installed my newer system into my pontiac firebird myself including building my own box, the "COMP" system will be for something to do when im bored, im a little well off and Im just blowing my money - figured this would be the best way to do it.

The truck is something ill be working on at a later date.

I know how much it's gonna cost me... ALOT - but I don't care tbh When it all goes through ill send pics, until them im going to do a little research and find out what exactly I should be looking to do - how many subs, alts, big 3 etc... (did big 3 to my pontiac firebird god i love it) lol - I understand it can "frustrate you" I guess, but it's not my fault people won't help you -

I'll be honest I had the concept thought the more it costs the better, but I am just going to go ahead and do some research like these good people told me to do "the older members who helped me?" but yeah - was great comment there buddy.
