New system in the Grand Am GT

I have moved all of my stereo equipment to my '96 tahoe and have saved up a few bucks to put a system back in my '98 grand am gt. The problem is that I don't have a lot of cash saved up. I want two 10" subs that are loud yet have great SQ. I need all the system COmponents. Amps, HU, box, and speakers. Here is the cash that I have for each.

Speakers..... $200 total

Subs... $150 total

HU... $200

Box and amps $250 total

Please give me your input on the best system you think I can get for the price...

two kicker compvr's would fit your application... NOT GREAT SQ, but they do get loud... and for your budget :/

infinity referance subs are good SQ subs and can get loud in the right enclosure (build your own for 40 bucks)

I am a kicker fan and like the price but can I get a nice amp to run them for the money I have??
