new system for rsx

I have a new system coming. i started with ordering a alpine 9886. then i have a friend who was selling some infinity kappa 6.5" speakers and he is gonna get me some kappa components. I have a alpine MRV-F545 coming to power the speakers(i also found a tma t400.4 or something like that in my garage that i forgot i had laying around....). Now i am debating between subs and amps. i want something that is going to hit really hard and sound really good. i have had a type r, kicker l7, and a pair of mtx 7500's in the past and want something that is going to be better then all of them. So i am thinking about a mach 5 ixl 12" with a refurbished planet audio BB1350.1B to power it. at first i wanted to go with a jl w6 but to expensive for me. any suggestions on whether you think that will satisfy my needs?

i have a mach 5 ixl-12 and a bb1350.1. mine is in a sealed box and hits pretty hard with the gains set conservatively using a dmm. im only sending it 1100 watts at peak and its nice. i will be putting it in a ported box soon and it should be ridiculous...

i think i am gonna go with the refurbished planet audio amp. i cant really find anything about the total mobile audio amp. i have a 4 channel one i might use for the speakers and kinda wanted to match them... not sure what to do..

well changed my mind and went with the tma amp. i havent had any problems with my 4 channel and wanted matching amps so i ordered it. thanks for the help guys.

well man yeah hold up i'll add some pix to this post. i have pix of a single American Bass VFL 15 in it, four RE MX 12's, and four L7 12's in there. I have a single 10" Orion HCCA and Orion 2500d in the cargo area, maybe i'll jump out and grab a pic of that for you as well.

i have a 02 type s. wow it looks like your car has really changed and gone through a lot of different stereo set ups. i bet the 4 l7's really pounded. why did you switch to the single 15?

here are a few pix of my single 10

I had two memphis mojo 15's and two 2500d's in there but i cant for the life of me find any pix...

i went from the VFL 15 to the RE MX 12's then back to the VFL 15 since the four MX's sucked then i put the four L7 12's in. They pounded on the meter, did a 150.0 at the dash with them, but they stank for street beating.

The HCCA 10 flat out pounds, if I could get two more of those i'd get rid of the L7 12's in a heartbeat.

btw if you do performance stuff to your car and can help me out i'd def trade out some stereo stuff for simply perf mods, just throwing that out there lol
