This is just sitting in my room waiting for a good weekend to install it all... Any opinions, info or comments are more than welcomed!

Type-R 6.5" seperates (still shopping for another set, PM if you have some FS)

(2) 12" Type-R subs

(1) MRV-F345 4 channel amp (100x4)

(2) MRD-M1005 mono sub amps (1 amp per sub at 1000 wrms)

Alpine 511M Amp Link (will let me monitor my amps from the display on my deck)

The third 12" Type-R belongs to a friend that Im building a box for.

Birthsheet states it tested at 104x4 rms @ 4 ohms. The M1005s tested at 1034 and 1052 rms @ 2 ohms. Granted thats also at 14.4 volts. As long as I can keep the voltage drops under control I might see that much power out of them.

Knock out the big 3 (if not already) and see what happens. Voltage might not be as nig of an issue as you think, but you won't know until it is installed. GET TO WORK!

Yeah I hope not... As for the big 3. It might turn into the Big 2 for me. My alt has been a pain in the *** to get to. I havn't quite looked at it for any long period of time to see if I can figure it out. I'm sure I will get it taken care of.

I'm also going to be running 2 batteries. I have the stock battery up front and a red top that will be mounted in the rear. I'm still debating on isolating them and also replacing the front battery with a matching red top.

I was going to go with the Type-X components, but I got a good deal on the Type-Rs. They don't sound too bad and they are only running off of my deck right now. If they don't sound that great with power going to them I will replace them with something else down the road and put them in my wifes car. lol...

x2, or leave the stock batt up front and put a yellow in the rear if you don't have the funds for both.

I already have the red top. I planned on getting another red top so they matched. I guess Ill go with a yellow top instead and put my red top under the hood.

And before you buy a yellow top buy a new alternator if you are worried about voltage drop unless you plan on compeating with the car off, then Deep Cycle > Alternator.
