ok i just got some brand new kenwood 6979ie's and they r ratyed at 65watts rms. they go in my rear panel and the new ones were a lil bigger so i had to cut out the middle of the cover and mount the on the outside instead of behind a fabrick cover (if that makes any sense). anyways i hooked um all up today nd i thought i did i pretty good job like they r tight and everything but they sound so so at like 33 and up on a scale of 40 volume. im runnin um off my deck which is like 22 watts rms and 45 max so it isnt peakin the speakers. could they be loose or could they be clipping? any help would be nice thanks if it is clipping how should i fix it till i eventually get an amp

the speakers don't clip, the amp in the deck most likely clips anywhere after 33 though. You can't fix it, you just need more power from an amp.
