Just updated my system. Here's the gist of it:
Alpine CDA-9887 (with Imprint tuner)
Alpine PDX-2.150
JL Audio C5-650 (Front Stage)
Alpine SPS-600 (Rear Fill)
I don't plan to run a subwoofer. I was wondering what the best way to set up my system would be concerning the high pass and low pass filters and crossovers. Should I run the amp still high passed? and if so what should I cross it over at? 80Hz? Or should I leave the filter off.
Basically, I just want to run the front stage components and rear coaxials and have adequate bass without a subwoofer. And I'm not sure if using the high pass filter limits the bass on the system.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
