New Set-Up, Help needed.

Sup guys,

Well im tired of my 15's and i got some 10" type r's gifted to me and i plan to run them in my crx. Im setting them up in a box but i dont have a dmm so i am wondering if i set it up like this is this a 1ohm load? and if so i plan to run 1 of them right now until i gets $$ to get 2 more for a total of 4.

If the Type-R you have is a Dual 2 ohm then yes, you can potentially wire it to 1ohm. If it's a D4 (which for some reason I have a feeling it is..), you can wire it to either 2 or 8 ohms.

(2) D4 subs can get you a 1 ohm or 4 ohm load. (2) D2 can get you a 2 ohm or 8 ohm load. So depending on what subs you have, here are some options.

I have 2 of them right now but only have a box for 1 . I currently plan to run 4 but it sounds decent right now so im gonna keep it that way for awhile.
