New Pioneer Deck problems Please help!

i just bought a new Pioneer DEH-P47DH CD player. it worked great for a few days until today i changed my stock speakers out for some kicker livin loud speakers and when i went to go try it out after, my CD player started acting funny. when a CD is ejected the unit shuts off and doesn't go back to am/fm. if you press the clock button the display comes back on. and press it again it shuts off again. for the few days it was working correctly, when a cd was ejected it would go back to playing the radio and it didn't shut off. its literally been installed in my car for about 3 days. can some one please help!!!!!!

thats whack as hell... disconnect ur battery, check the ground to the deck and make sure its good n solid (heck, just install a new ground to be sure, it can only make it better) check all the rest of the wires, its possible something came loose when you installed the new speaks... then hook it all back up, and RESET the deck, there should be a little button that you push with a paperclip behind the faceplate

hit the cd player faceplate when it ejects and see if that fixes the malfunctioning from cd to radio.

Or you could jam a butter knife in the cd slot to hold the cd in.

i took the cd player out of the car agian to triple check all my work. i installed a better ground and made sure every thing was put together right i used solder and shrink tube to connect all the wires and made sure i did it right the first time so i really have no idea why this is happening. after every thing i did today it. is still happening. i had this exact same set up in another car i owned and this never happened to that car. any thing you guys can tell me will help me.
