New Muffler, need opinions

if you dont want to spend much on a exhaust system id say go to a local muffler shop and have them make a cat back system for ya shouldnt cost more then about 160 using quality stuff. on my car they gave me a smaller series flow master and 2 1/2in pipes for 180 installed. It sounds nice and low not loud at all. i hate the lawnmower sounding crap

Okay if all you want is a quieter muffler, go to a local shop and have em weld on a flowmaster muffler, one of the quieter series... i think its the 60 series. Has a nice throaty sound without being obnoxiously loud. My buddy has a 40 sereis on his 240sx (40 series is louder tahn 60) and it sounds sexzor. Its not exactly quiet inside, my pacesetter is louder inside the cabin, but not deafening. 60 series should be right up your alley.

i just sent an email to the company asking if they would make one for a 01 corolla .. hope they say yes and .. make it cheap .. since not many people mod a corolla..
