Doing 160
So I know a lot of you on these boards like to bash Kicker, but while their subs are ****-poor, I've always thought pretty highly of their amplifiers. IMO, their KX series (of 6-7 years ago?) was their best line they produced. While browsing Sonicelectronix earlier, I noticed there's a new lineup of KX series amps. Unlike there ZX lineup of the last couple years, these have adjustable subsonic filters (yay), and a surprisingly small footprint. The 1600.1 is under 12 inches wide. It looks like a nice series of amps with a small footprint that can produce some pretty good power.
On to my question....
Has anyone here happened to try one of these out? I know there's a couple of you that own shops across the country, there's gotta be at least one or two of you who are Kicker dealers. Has anyone got a chance to bench test one or see them in action?
For anybody else, what are your thoughts on the this line?
