i remember my dads sl55 for a brief bit before he sold it, those are very slick cars. i can't imagine how heart breaking it must be to take one apart though. i imagine you've done some pretty sick stuff to them though. any pics of the clk?

as long as its not an S55, my dad has one. I can't imagine replacing the speakers with some Kickers. Maybe a sub, but the sound stage and imaging from the stock speakers is very impressive.

My friend's dad has a red SL65 (or 63 can't remember). I went over to his house one time so I could go with him to pick up his benz (S500 Coupe) and his dad was on a Harley Road trip or whatever, and left his AMG. After my friend drove it to the dealership so we could pick up his S500, he let me drive it back to his house from the dealership. It was the fastest thing I have even been in. You got that feeling like when your in an airplane taking off, except x10 that. That much torque in that small of a car, is STUPID, and unbelievable.
