New HU selection advice

Looking for some advice on a new HU...i want something that has dvd and navi, and is able to play cd's at the same time while using the navi...also tilt is another important feature...so i've been looking around for the past couple of days and this is wat im looking at so far....

1. Clarion MAX675 + NAX970 = $1200

2. Eclipse AVN5510 = $1100

3. Panasonic CN-NVD905U = $1100

Let me know if anyone has had any previous experience with any of these decks...let me know what u guys think!
