The fact that you obviously have no clue how getting a home works tells me it isn't in your name, yet.

That is most likely what happened. I don't see a bank approving a 22 year old fugitive from Ohio for a 100k mortgage, especially now when it is even harder to get a mortgage then before.

You can get a deed in your name while the rents have the loan in their name. I wasn't born yesterday kid.

Shit mine and my sister's name is on the deed to my parents house, and we didn't pay anything for it.

ive been looking and have been a qualified first time buyer for over a year now.. just found out about this house 4 month's ago..

well if this is true, then it makes a tad bit more sense, you didnt JUST find out about the house ,and get a loan. There is a process. I do think you overexaggerated a tad about getting the loan "on the spot."
