allso i do allot of side work!! for ray city rv. do allot of gps/ nav install's back up camera's, back up sensor's for a fleet company here in ogden.. and i make a good chunck from that. witch is not part of my 30k. a year i make from r.c. willey..

yea.. i have 200 a month going into 401k. some going toward health, dental, vision ect,, benifit's and then SS. and tax.. so i have a good chunk every month taken out..

i can most certainly guaruntee you it is different than from where i am, and that is NOT a compliment to your market..

i know what your market is like, believe me. and it is not in the condition you would want it to be in to make money off of a house.
