I don't care if she is friends with the POPE. That company still has underwriters to appease before just saying OK approved.
I had impeccable credit and my brother was high up in ACE mortgaging and I still had to wait and jump through hoops to get the greenlight.

It's just common sense man. lending places don't just hand out 100k mortgages on the spot.

Mortgage companies go through "lenders." Which are banks. They dont give you the loan themselves and there are conditions that take weeks to process. You may have come in, sat down and signed everything at one time, but getting the house "on the spot" is impossible without cash. And im not even sure if its possible WITH cash.

either way.. in a few day's that house is mine. once i gain access to the inside you guys will get all the pics you want!! i'll send you pics of the floor, the door's whatever..

right now just settle for the exterior of the house till i get in it.. here's the outside.. flash went off against my window tint and made the pic a little light...
