It takes time to get into the place. They just don't approve you on the spot like that. Least they didn't for me and this place I bought was my parents. Took quite sometime for me to get approved and that was with help. I didn't pay closing costs as my parents took care of that situation, but still.........you got approved and can move in already in one day?

His rents did all the work and have been working on securing the loan for like 3 weeks now and just finally told him it is a don deal, so to him it was instant approval //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

The fact that you obviously have no clue how getting a home works tells me it isn't in your name, yet.

You can get a deed in your name while the rents have the loan in their name. I wasn't born yesterday kid.
