New Hifonics BRZ series

So i had heard that the new Hifonics are CEA compliant now. I know for sure the Brutus series are, but couldnt find out if the others were. So i was wondering if anyone has used these yet? How are they. They seem to cost quite a bit more than the older bxi series, but that may be because they are so new, and the cheaper online sites (sonic) have yet to receive them.

I believe they start at over 300 for the 1200w one.

Any feedback on these?

no, no i wasnt. I know that there are better choices. Im not looking, i was just surprised when I seen the new Brutus adds saying they are now CEA and some other shit. Just wondering if anyone had a chance to hear/use one yet

oops misread, no i havent used the new ones but not really impressed with the old ones, quality with maxsonics generally dosent go up untill the 2000rms point

have heard that before. Its interesting, because I got the 1508d, the 25th anniversary one, and honestly, it appears to be identical to the regular 1200w brutus, same size, fuse rating etc. Also the 25th 1908d appears to be the same as the regular 1600w brutus. It appears that Hifonics dressed up these 25th anny ones as more than they actually are. I havent clamped the 1508d, but I highly doubt its capable of 1500rms...Its not a bad amp tho. Just probably doesnt do rated, but im actually happy with it for the time being
