New guy. Needs opinions on system.

Hey everyone. Just stumbled onto the site... could get lost in all the info available here.

Anyways, I would like some advice please as I am a novice when it comes to car stereo equipment. I have an '02 ***** Am WS.6 with the Crapsoon system which I am beginning to hate more and more each day. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

While I am trying to figure out what exactly I want for the system, I will be replacing the HU with the Alpine 9857 + XM Direct.

I am looking for a nice, clean system that can hit pretty hard when needed. However, I am by no means an audiophile nor looking to compete. My ideal setup is a nice set of components in the front, some coaxs for fill in the sail panels, and sub(s). Definitely one want 10inch sub in stealthbox, would entertain the thought of two 10 inch subs if I could find a passenger stealthbox (I think they stopped making them). Finish it off with two amps... one for the comps and one for the sub(s).

Budget would be around 1500 I would guess...excluding headunit.

Any suggestions/comments/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
