Hey everyone. New to this forum, always been into cars and audio. Lookin to learn a bit from the knowledge everyone here has. My last car (2004 VW R32) was JL C5 650 components front and back powered with a JL 300/4, and 2 JL 10W6's powered by a 1000/1. Currently driving a 1991 BMW 325is which I'm still researching what I want to do for a good setup. last system you had was a very good SQ system.nice quality.you have good taste.if your interested i have a new in box set of JL C5-653 3-way components.paid on sale 799.00+7% tax(900.00 non sale price)i have same set in my jeep and was going to use these in wifes honda pilot but shes getting a new used mini van.as you know the c5s sound awesome.if you thought the 2 way sounded good the sound stage with these is just beautiful.i was using a jl 300/2 then went with an ARC KS 300.2.i just became familiar with ARC in the last few months and they are a SQ amp and sound very very nice.they have a very warm sound.from what i understand its a digital amp but they purpusley switch the digital to analog when running the components.there are alot of people whoi are into high quality sound for home that actually buy tube amplifiers because of the warmth of the sound and thats what ARC is doing i think.i just got back into car audio again about 2 years ago after a 20 year absence.so if you have any questions dont hesitate to ask.i dont know everything or not closde to the proffesionals on here.after my last spinal surgery i just had about 2 years to do research all day because of my back.
