Is it possible to use too much wattage and have the sound pressure damage your car, like crack windows ect.? If so how much would it take? just wondering thanks.

no not at all. Extreme SPL vehicle's have trouble damaging thier on cars. I wouldnt worry about anything if it's a daily driver and you are running 2k-3k watts, you won't break any windows or harm anything............just upgrade ur electrical system if you'll be running that much.

the only thing that usually happens is the rear view will fall off.... i have dont that to my last probably 10 vehicles... it just happens to them all... other then that like msot everyone has already told you, you would have to try really hard and spend many many many thousands of dollars to create something able to break your car apart ad start breaking windows.
