Don't confuse the issue here.

The issue is not whether music sharing is ethically right or wrong, it's whether or not the Administrator of this site is willing to risk having it shut down because of activities that break US law.

I don't have a problem with file sharing (except in some limited cases), but that doesn't mean I'd want Goob to open himself up for possible legal action.

If you really think a "We don't allow virus uploads" sign and a ".exe" extension filter on some stupid filesharing site works, Darwinism is going to be a much worse enemy to you than any malware could be.

Embedded links in images aren't allowed, nothing wrong with regular hyperlinks.
