Why would you need 2 gigs for a car pc?

Why would you even need 1 gig ram?

I use 512 and everything works great...

Still off the chain though. insane price as well.

i priced a 2.6ghz 2gb ram carputer with screen would be around 1k.

There is absolutely no need for that for a car PC.

Yeah i even had a 256 in my carputer for a while, really didnt notice a big difference between having 512 in there....especially if all you do is play movies and mp3's, thats not all that taxing.

nothing, its the concept of running a computer in ur car (hence the name carputer)

The monitor with motherboard and stuff behind it is cool cept some people cant fit 2-din slots
