Dynamat makes a license plate...or just cover the back of yours with dynamat

You know what works better if you can get it? Carpeting used on enclosures. I was gonna do the back of my tag with Dynamat and my buddy JC told me to glue couple layers of the carpeting used on my enclosure. He gave me a little roll of left over. Worked great.

since when has deadening been a bad thing??? I want as little rattle as possible and if theres something loose that can rattle ill do whatever i can afford to stop it lol the little pieces of dynamat are a little pointless but i got a little anal and decided i didnt want to see and trunklid lol

yeah to stop license plate rattles i use something like earthquake putty and just go crazy on the back of the plate and it moves with the trunk instead of rattling on it

Weather seal works like a charm for stopping license plate rattles. $2-3 fix.

The hdc3 sounds great on 90% of songs but on certain songs like white girl by jeezy it sounds like its bottoming out or something. I think I might of messed up a little with the tuning so a new box is getting built into the car once i finish dynamatting and doing a nicer amp rack. Right now im only running off one 6x9 because im waiting on the rsds and the old comps were blown and i blew one of the 6x9s. All tuning was done by ear so theres definlty room for improvement but **** this thing blows my mojo away. Mojo seemed more like a one hit wonder because it sounded good only on a few certain sounds and couldnt keep up with fast basslines like the aq. Thug motivation 101 must be the hardest hitting rap song i ever heard and the interior flex is so crazy it broke rattled apart my cupholder and popped my rear deck panels out. I love it and Its only gonna get better. Next step is rsds, bat, proper tuning then the flip out.

ya the trunk feels solid now. My grill, wipers and bumpers rattle so i gotta figure out how to stop those lol cant wait for those rsds. i hopped on the bandwagon not because its a forum boner but because they have enough good enough reviews to get my 90$. 19 yrs old in college doesnt leave you with much spare cash lol

Leaves you with enough to buy 60 ft^3 of Dynamat. I don't even think I can afford enough for my doors ^-^

I haven't really looked into it. I'm going to later.

The only problem is, I have a Mustang that has a trunk opening the size of a pea. So, it's hard to do ANYTHING in that trunk unless you're small [like me. 5'5" 115 pounds and very flexible, so whenever I have to do something in my trunk I just get in it]

But, very very nice job. How much did that sub cost you?

sub was 289 shipped from aq i believe. In my case the dynamat made a day and night difference in sq because with the center passthrough folded down all i was getting was metal rattling and now all i get is bass. The hdc3 is ALOT more musical then i thought it would be considering how heavy duty its built and the power it can take.

BTW nice bubble wagon, i used to have a 2 tone grey/gunmetal one with the lt1 with 40 series flowmaster duals and 5% tint with 2 12" w3s..that car hauled *** and 9 of my friends comfortably. I literally could of lived in that car lol
