New Car

I am looking to purchase a new DD car. Budget is 25-30K. I want something that is fairly fast and fun to drive, yet still practical. Decent gas mileage also. I will buy used if its is under 30K miles and really clean. Needs to site at least 4 comfortably.

What as some cars you guys can recommend that will satisfy my needs.
