New Car! What next?

Hello knowledgeable pros! I'm a college grad with a recently-purchased '01 toyota mr2, and the stock sound is pretty aweful!

I'd appreciate anyone's advice on what to buy (in terms of hardware).. what speakers I should get & where I should put them, ect.

I currently have a sony xplode 1200 watt amp, and I've a budget of $3-600 to spend on everything else.

Step 2, use the search function on here and find the answers to your questions. EVERY SINGLE POST like this always has the same questions asked. SQ or SPL, buying new or used, and so on. Just look.

^^^^ This. You might even get 100 bucks for it on craigslist, lol. Then spend that $4-700 on a Sundown Audio SA-8, a decent 5-600ish watt budget amp, and a 4 gauge amp kit from knukoncepts.
