New Car Audio Installation - Song plays in and out of lower/slower pitch?

Hey guys, I am excited to have installed a complete system in my SUV. I got a 2000W amp, a 12" sub, 4 speakers, and a head unit installed professionally and I trust the shop who did the work as everything looked good and YELP had plenty of 5 star reviews.

However, I noticed that while playing songs through my Android phone connected via USB, sometimes I can hear the song sort of slow down or pitch gets lower, similar to when your old cassette tape plays slow. Is there something wrong with my head unit or even worse, a faulty installation? Has anyone encountered this? Please share if you have any tips to fix this.
