I'll be using 4 - 10" free air subwoofers with approximately 250 watts each.
The drivers will be facing the cargo space, magnet inside the cab.
4 amplifiers mounted on the inside of the cab, not the cargo side as the picture shows (just for reference).
I realize that the partition needs to be sealed between the cargo space and the cab as much as possible.
2 - 3/4 MDF for the baffle.
1 - 3/4" MDF for the amp rack.
Should I secure MDF to upper sections of the partition.
I have some B-quiet Ultimate would this be ideal to apply to both sides of the steel.
Are T-nuts good enough to secure the subwoofers and all MDF to the steel.
Thx.

I picked up 13 ply Baltic Birch and used PL Premium and #10 screws to secure it to the metal partition. It's very solid compared to what it was.
I found out that my old router is, well old and dead, so my jigsaw was the choice to cut the holes in the baffle.
I have black Duratex that I'll apply to all the wood and exposed metal from the cargo side to give it a uniformed look and a tougher feel/look.
The nibbler did a decent job of the cutting the steel.
Next up, sub installation and amplifier wiring. Seal up the gaps between the cab and cargo area. Secure the partition to the pillars to minimize back and forth movement of the partition/baffle. Then the front speakers.
Hopefully I'll get more work done this weekend

Not much to report or show.
Life and work have been keeping me busy.
Painted the partition and installed the subwoofers.
Hope to get some work done this week.

since having a bit more time available....
Didn’t like the 4 - 10’s, however the 2 - 15’s work well, IMO.
One of the dust caps blew of and need to glue back on.
Also did some mock up pillars, I’m going to try my hand at fibreglassing.
