Hey everyone, Ive moved my budget up and now I'm having a very difficult time choosing an amp!

I'm down to the amps below now....but they're all so similar in price besides the SQ amplifier... Please give me your opinions and why one would be better!

Sundown Audio SCV-4000D- $1200

Synergy Audio WTF 5.1D 5,500w -$1200

Twisted Sounds TS5KW- $1200

SoundQubed Q1-4500D.1 - $800

Crescendo Audio BC5500D - $1160

Ampere Audio AA-5000.1 - $1200

I saw so many skar 4500s on eBay also, the ONLY USA ground zero dealer is selling a plutonium 4K for 550 new. I'd grab that asap trust me ground Zero gear is legit

If you don't care about name or not chasing every 1/10th in the meter just get the cheapest one.
Metering is the last thing I'm worried about! I just want it to do rated or better, and have longevity. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Thank you for your input!

Honestly killer deal on the ground zero I would grab it but I don't really feel like I need a 4K
@atoz2 - that looks like a ridiculous deal...hard to believe its legit!
If you check diyma forums the rep from ground zero had 4 he was gonna do a build with and decided not too, I swear it's legit because before it popped up on eBay he offered them for 600$

I 2nd Alphard. They use high end S&I boards like DD and have unique features no other brand you mentioned has.

Plus, if you have any questions or help with Alphard, we are the source for that information.

My buddy joined team alphard and swapped all his FIsubs and dc audio amps to alphard and he was seeing much bigger numbers in both meter and clamped power... Alphard stuff is pretty crazy. Vladimir hooked him up though lol.

That really doesn't look like a 4k board.

That said, I hope OP truly has enough electrical to run 5K amp. I really don't have a dog in this fight. IMO these are pretty much about the same and there likely wouldn't be an audible difference. OP should stick with whichever company he feels will best stand behind their product and support him after the sale.... or just buy used.

Probably the best advice ever. This is the main reason why I haven't bought a 5k yet. I got a great deal on my 3.3k and I just don't think a 5k is going to make a big enough change audibly compared to what I have right now.
