New box idea? Would this even work?

I am getting ready to build a box for my 4 re8's and was wondering if this would work. I want to build a ported box but i want one side to be ported to around 40 hz for spl and the other side ported in the low 30's. I drew a little picture using paint. Would this work or sound completely horrible?

not gonna work, you will get cancellation issues, just tune it at 35

well. you COULD do this- on the left side of the box, have a a port tuned to 30hz for daily driving with all 4 woofers inside on chamber.

on the OTHER side, have a SPL port tuned to 40hz for comps (or one octave below your resonant freq)

but BOTH at the same time wont happen. just do 35 if you want more SPL.
