Im just telling you what i notice. I can point out several pieces that may be leaking already and judging from the pics, the side you have yet to put on doesnt look like it will lay flat.

Ur a ****ing idiot. The box isn't in front of your face, and those pics were before we sanded down the parts that didn't match up perfectly. We have the top on now, and it sits on there perfectly, no leaks or nothing.

looks good...i think if u round out the angles or smooth them out by using bondo and a sander it will help with the air flow going to towards the port

That's the only thing I would have suggested, rounding out the edges of the ports inside as it "seems" like the air might be moving through there pretty quickly and hitting all the bends/angles.

Love the design. If you're worried about seals between panels, you could use silicone sealer and 24 hours later you have a good smooth seal.

As far as air movement, I don't forsee any problems. the direction of change in airflow is conterbalanced by the sheer volume of airpace in the turns.

It looks like you built this box for a specific spot in your car. If you dont' mind, i'd like to see where you plan to put it. Several of my buddies on the corvette forum have been thinking about ported boxes for the center cargo compartments on their C5's.
