i would have mounted the amp behind the seat, but looks like there is no room... would have cleaned it up a bit

You couldn't have said it better, the back seat actually doesn't sit back all the way, and if we mounted the amp back there it would probably be going straight up and down and look even worse, you can't even see the amp with the lid closed. it definitly looks better carpeted, and it'll look even better when that port is taken care of.

nice box that looks like what ill have to do, curious to how you came up with the plans? and how far down does it sit in the well i have a 3rd gen so mine is a little different its got humps on the side.

also what is the cubic feet of this enclosure? im either going with 2 12 L7's or 1 15"type r.

that makes me nervous with that much power and pointing straight at that big a** window in the back though you know?
