New Box Build For hdc315

I have decided today to remake a box for my hdc315....

Nothing special but I have tuned this one a little different, carpet it, etc.

Anyway box is 3.1 cu ft

tuned to 40

with 36.25 port area( may be a little small, but we will see)

here is my first day of work.... I only got this far bc my friend who was bringing the carpet got held up helping another friend on a install

shouldve done 3.5tuned to 40hz..but it looks good..i personally wouldve done 35hz for daily

ya not enough port for the 15"..recommended is like 65..

yep 3.5 to 4 net @ 38 to 40... Daily..
Remeber they luv 12 to 16 Square of port per net cubic foot of air space...

yea I understand that the box is too small....it is the absolute biggest I can fit in my trunk..... I do already have a box tuned to 36 for daily.....so I am kinda just experimenting with this

the wood for the back of the box was cut a tad bit short(thanks to the guys at Lowes), and so I used a couple of layers of fg to even it up

Finally everything in and installed.... box sounds great....A lot better than my last box, and even hits the lows nice for it to be tuned to 40

Why not mount that zenon somewhere to free up some room to the left of the box for more box?
