longer wait for 18s...pretty much sucks for all those who were interested...but again you will wait and they will sale...lol thats the key everyone keeps complaining, but they are still going to buy....6-8weeks isnt all that bad look how long you all waited in the first place.

yeah he said 6-8 weeks minimum. he also said those 8 layer flatwind coils that you get for free on the first shipment cost 35 bucks his cost. i might just order the 15 play with it for a while and then when the 18's come in sell it and upgrade. he also said with that coil these things can take 6,000 watt burps. i like how he takes his time to talk to you. gives you a good feeling about doing business.

I hope you mean duel 4 ohm, then yes that could be wired in parallel for 1 ohm. What part of AL are you from? Just curious.

huntsville al. but it says the first shipment will be 2ohm and 1ohm i want to fifteens. that will mean i will have to get a new amp

if you got 2 dual 1's, you could wire it to 1 ohm

if i get 2 dual 1's then i can run it at 2ohms series or 1/4 ohm parallel

Replace the 2 ohm with 1 ohm, wire it this way for a final load of 1 ohm

yeah i thought that the whole time and i asked my freind an audio expert and he told me it would make it double the ohm i guess ur right.

I bet they can egg, kinda makes me want to try out that new double stiched cone etc....what are you upgrading to 12s or 15s? I street beat my old HD312 with a VFL 400.1 with plenty of battery....if that helps you lol
