I heard that too. I also heard that they were selling it at near cost to get rid of some smaller internet companys. Don't know how much truth there is so take it with a grain of salt.

Well there are only a few small internet companies anyways.....at least worth mentioning.

Soundsplinter (which is already almost dead on sales because of TC Sounds direct selling of similar subs)

SSA Audio (so new so they really dont matter)

RE Audio

Elemental Designs (eDuh as we all lovingly know it)

I gotcha, but if someone cant type the word "audioque" in a google search engine, then they do not deserve the subwoofer.
