this amp will be perfect for 1 cvx 12 dual 4 ohm wired to 2 ohm

are you sure that is powerful enough?

the 4ohms is 375watts on the amp and it says the sub is 750watts at 4 ohms

That's why the gain should be set with a DMM (link in sig). Too much power is certainly better than not enough. Especially when dealing with a CVX/L7 sub which can take gobs more than rated power.

i say get the crunch because.........the amp is 750 rms @ 2 ohms and the sub ur getting can wrie down to 2 ohm....

and the subs rms is 750 so it would be perfect

i have cvxs and mine are great on as little as 1000rms to the pair

I'm getting the subs that are already wired and boxed, and I dont know how to wired down whatever that means? I'm new I'm sorry if this is stupid

when u get the sub take it out of the box and make sure both coils are wired up

like a positive from the amp to one coil and a wire from that coil to the other positive

and a negative from the amp to one coil and a wire from that coil to the other negative

and if thats how its wired its on 2 ohms
