new amp, help

first of all the connection is from a sony cdx s2000 to a cuspid am 2300. i know they **** in the power field and other fields but it was a gift so i cant say no.

anyways i have all the cables set up, everything is perfect, but i get sound from only one subwoofer, i switch the 2 rcas then i get sound from the other sub, people say it might be a bad rca cable, i dont think so, or it might be that the headunit doesnt support 2 channels? i dont think so either cuz the headunit has a red and a white rca just like the amp, any help will be appreciated, thanx

some info i found about the headunit but i dunno what it means maybe you guys could break it down for me, thank you>>>>

You've got two amps, or one amp and the HU?

If you've got two amps and you've only got 1 audio line out...theres your issue is it not?
