New 2009 Lancer ES *What should i do to it?*

Right now i've only got about 1,000 to drop on it, because i'm currently looking for another job. First car, and i want it to be nice, not looking for ricer stuff, or anything to make it faster, because who's gonna race in an ES? hah.

Anyways, i now i want to tint it, drop it, put some rims, and a system, and put a small spoiler on the back because it looks a little plain without one. I just want a small one, similar to what comes stock on the GTS.

I'm looking for help on what kind of rims and tires i need to buy if im dropping it an inch or so.

Also estimated prices on rims/wheels together + installation, a nice system, tint, and the lowering. Everything is going to be done in a shop, so i'm going to be paying for installation as well.
