Hi, I've been mostly a lurker on this forum with just a couple of posts. When I found this thread about a month ago, I decided to hold off giving my $300 to DLS or CDT for a new set of components.

I just wanted to tell Feandil that he's not alone with this kind of manufacturing frustration. I'm a guitarist/producer and had a custom tube amp made for me that was supposed to take 4 or 5 weeks, and actually took 3 1/2 months. Every 'frick'n week was a new lame excuse, and over and over the 'new' completion date would pass with no new amp. I was furious and it made me look bad in front of clients.

Eventually though, the amp did arrive, and it turned out to be insanely great.

Moral of the story- Running your own business is both heaven and hell, at the same time. But it is really worth it in the end.
