because, here in Australia, the police seem to be completely corrupt, and they actually help the bikey gangs and stuff when they want to have large cruises...
sometimes roads are blocked from other traffic, so the bikey can swarm out of their clubs and stuff... its deafening standing 100 meters away, but they never get fined for it or anything.

All I thought when I read this was that this sounds like Florida. Although I have never been bothered, ticketed, or even pulled over.

theres a pretty big difference from a bike drivin down your street compared to 10 minutes of straight bass... Dont get me wrong i love bass but to hear it in my own hom e when im trying to relax, especially for 10-15 minutes straight is annoying as fuk.. And if you were my neighbor you wouldnt get such a pleasent warning

i get annoyed by my own roomates with the bass even if i am up and awake, and i love bass, like someone said, it gets annoying if your just trying to chill.

And you start to realize how repetitive most basslines are when thats all you can here through walls and such.

We have similiar laws here. Outside of competing, people in neighborhoods don't need to hear your 150+DB worth of low frequency. If you don't understand this, then you are just the type of childish douchebomb that makes car audio look bad and laws like this to be passed.
