neg - (run) from front to rear

is it necessary to have a neg run from front to rear batt and what are the big 3 again i know alt + to batt + then batt - to chassis just cant remember the other one

third one is battery to engine block, and no its not nessacary but recommended

yes, i've done that. I'd rather do that than ground to the chassis tbh.

Other one of the big three is engine ground to chassis/battery

last big 3 is..engine block to chassis, so basically any bolt on the engine and ground it to the chassis

what kind of car?

If its Full frame, then grounding to the frame ion the rear should be ok, may not be optimal, but I doubt you would have any serious problems

If its unibody than Id def do a negative run front to back

you could groud it and the amp(s) to the same place, may help you out some

wouldnt hurt to add it, but I doubt you have room

Id do a pos and neg run front to back
