Needing new speakers

I have 6x9s in my doors and 5.25s in the rear. I'm not wanting to do any custom fiberglass work or mdf rings. What would be the best bang for my buck? I also need an am to power them, would it have to be a 4 channel or what? I've never messed with speakers much, I have always been about my sub stage but its time to upgrade the speakers

Dropping in coaxials would be an improvement. Personally I focus on fronts and disconnect the rear or leave them stock. Any of the brands that you could get a best buy are comparable (kicker, alpine, JBL/Infinity, etc.) Entry level stuff shouldn't set you back more than 50-100$ or so per set, I'd suggest you go to a shop and listen to some and see what you like. Most will have their own characteristics and some may or may not sound right to you.

Well I only have 4 speakers total, 2 6x9s would be enough? Its a dodge ram 1500 single cab.
