Needing a box design

I need a design for a 2.5 cu. ft. box. (That's just airspace for the woofer, not including port and sub displacement.) I want to use a 6'' aeroport from psp and tuning to 32hz, the 2 4'' aero's made from pvc in my current box are causing alot of port noise. It's for a 12'' Fi Bl and it's fully loaded (displacement of the sub is .15 cu. ft.). Max dimensions are 33''wide, 14'' tall, and 22'' deep. I'm sure that's more or close to 2.5 or 3 cubes.
