Need your opinion on how to set this up

Have a 1994 s10 Blazer that will have 4x6's in the front and 6 1/2's in the rear going through a Alpine Cde-9881 (new model). I have a Mrv-F540 Alpine amp and another 2 channel crappy 200w amp.

We are going to have possibly a ten or 12 inch sub in the back. To me wiriing the inside speakers to the HU and just use the amp sub sounds like the best possible way with this equipment.
