no need for them to be calibrated to each other b/c each vehicle will have a termlab used in it and solely in it.. this will keep variables down.. someone was asking for spl of the subs were gonna kill which could be done with the 4th tl for the truck

I have a question....dont know if its been asked...But how is the Enclosure situation going to work out. Will every sub be loaded into the same enclsure, or do you all in WV just have a forest of MDF behind yalls houses? If yall are building an enclosure for every driver...thats alot of building.

My idea would be to make a large sealed enclosure , then use blocks , or sand bags to make it smaller //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

hey guys.. for the enclosures.. here's what Im planning..

first off.. we'll be aiming for a .707 butterworth alignment sealed.. we'll stay with 15% of that for every woofer..

we'll be using data provided by the companies to achieve that design.. if no data is available.. they'll be derived from the woofer tester..

most 12" drivers call for between 1 and 1.5 cuft sealed... so we'll probably build a single 1.65 cuft box, and have several sandbags on hand to adjust..

ported.. we'll have a couple designs.. probably 1.8, 2.2, and 2.8 cuft tuned to around 30-32 hz..
