Thats really shitty bro im sorry to hear that, i talked to him earlier on the phone and he seemed pretty excited to be getting this amp sucks it turned out this way. But even if he ran (4) dual2's or dual4's that amp shouldve still worked

i also no he has 4 dual 4s also hell i talk to him about every other day hes a good guy i think the amp was messed up.Heck i think i am the first person he called to tell the amp was messed up

and even if he hooked it up at 1ohm which he didnt amp still would of played tell it eather got hot or went in to protect

hell theres lots of people who run it at 1 ohm ask tommyk he does

nope.. i said i would pay 1/2 the repairs.. but the more i think of it after get pics today just upsets me... i shouldn't have to pay for anything... i bought a working amp and got one that doesn't work.. im posting the pics of the system and the ohm load for all the haters out there! I originally said i would pay 1/2 the repair but forget that i paid for a amp and it dont work so im just looking for the $ back to pay to get it repaired and ill pay the shipping there and back...

This kid obviously has no idea what he is doing. I asked what ohm load he had it wired to and he said 2 ohms but it doesnt matter what ohm load its wired to. That's one thing that caught my attention and when i told him that they aren't supposed to go any lower than 2 ohms he said his friend has his wired to 1 ohm and i informed him some go to 1 ohm and others do not from what i've been told. Then he insisted to tell me "even if i did switch out subs and wire them to 1 ohm it wouldn't make a difference" That was the 2nd thing that caught my attention.

Your number 1 and number 2 are the same things. It does not matter what ohm load he has them at, they will still work. What catches my eye is the others work and yours dont? Just b/c it says 2 OHM STABLE, it doesnt mean it will not work at 1 ohm.

I wouldnt pay shit, I would get a refund and send it back. Might be why it was so cheap?

And when did you get a repair quote? I hope you did not agree to 25 dollars being half the repair. My mmats did the same thing and he said it was so messed up he wouldnt have even fixed it. But he owed me a few things...

There is no way in hell it will cost 50 bucks to fix unless you have already sent it to someone and they quoted you. And that is **** fast for a quote

well....i can't help you then. If you agreed to accept half of the repairs, then decide to back out...it's past me. While i agree that something sounds wrong with the amp...i've also talked to Justin and i know that he sent the amp thinking/believing/knowing that it worked one hundred percent. He offered to pay for half of the repair...you agreed...i'd take it.

This is bullshit, I am glad I didnt get this shit from you. So now it is not if its blown or not its if he has all 8. So its if he is'nt lieing then it will get resolved. Well why did you lie about it was working? You owe him the money for the amp and the shipping back. You can tell by your communication you knew wtf was going on. No **** wander it was so cheap.

no he is paying for all the repairs... i posted pics showing that i was at a 2ohm load after he argued with me.. the more i thought about it made me more upset.. i got screwed and to make it better he should pay the full amount $50 to get repaired like Polecat said in the earlier post and ill pay the shipping.. crap im being nice enough paying for the shipping.. ill have pics of the amp inside in a little bit
