punks.. and justin i just talked with a pay pal member! its called a non discribed item and it can take up to 30 days but she said i would get my money back.. dude all i want is for u to pay 1/2 the amount.. and if for some reason nothing is wrong with it which there is or it would work, ill pay pal u the money back!

i dont care about pay pal im just sayin if it comes down to that.. i mean just for justin to look good it would be a wise idea to pay 1/2 the shipping cause im pretty sure everyone reading this wont buy from him anymore.. i mean if i sold someone something and it didn't work id pay the $25 and then i know i did what i should of done.. there no real way to find out if the amp was junk when i got it or when i hooked it up, we can battle back and fourth about that.. maybe something happend in shipping!! i dont no.. all i no is i got a amp and i hooked it up and it dont work!!! powers on and subs dont do shit!! i hooked another amp right after that and that amp worked!! lets just end this shit and pay 1/2 the amount to get it fixed and call it aday!

and i did not blow it up when i hooked it up? do u have any proof? do i have any proof it was shot when i got it from u no.. something could of happend in shipping **** who knows.. the amp dont work and like i said when POLECAT gets it, if theres nothing wrong with it ill personally send u your money back.. but something is wrong its not working man! do the right thing and just pay the **** $25 bucks! god

I'm totally neutral in all this, and don't know either dude. Just from reading xtremebass's replies and explainations, he sounds totally at fault. In a court of law, when someone lies about anything, their entire testimony is inadmissable. The entire spiel about trading your 4 speakers in to get 4 almost identical ones to prove you didn't wire the amp to 1 ohm seems entirely unlikely.
Also, the pics you posted doesn't prove you didn't blow the amp yourself. The first 3-4 pages of this thread, from a neutral standpoint, makes you seem like you're hiding something xtreme, no offense.

I think anyone that reads the whole thread thinks the same thing as you. But thanks backing me

wtf is there to hide! i got a amp that dont work.. so he needs to do the right thing and pay 1/2 the repair.. he has no proof that it was working when he shipped it.. just going by what he said...

it is POSSIBLE something happened during shipping, but if that was the case, assuming it was packaged the same as the 2500 i got from him, the box would have been DESTROYED upon arrival. mine was wrapped several times in bubble wrap, with about 6 inches of peanuts around the amp on all sides. more than adequate.

and just because you have hooked up amps in the past without them blowing (much smaller, less current hungry amps i'm assuming) doesn't mean you are a professional, and doesn't mean you're not a dumbass. i have no doubt in my mind the thing worked when he shipped it, and that unless that box was ****ing DESTROYED in which case you should have raised an issue with ups when you saw it, that it arrived intact. which leaves it all on you, jackass.

thanx....i myself don't deal with suspect people, and would never recommend someone that i didn't fully trust. My reputation here is flawless...not one member has nor ever will say that i sold them something that was not exactly as i described and i will not endorse shady people
