Hey guys,

I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 that I just took the stock head unit out of. I bought a Sony MEX-N4280BT to install.

I had went to pepboys to get the harness, dash kit, and antenna adapter. It turned out that the harness and dash kit advertised by pepboys for my vehicle was not the right one. I had ordered a new Dash Kit from Scosche online and got that in the mail.

While trying to look up a correct wiring harness, I learned that since I have the Bose Speaker System and Steering Wheel Controls in my truck, I need a special kind of harness which I really cannot find.

Can anyone lend me a hand?

Sure, 600 volts, yep. If you’re trying to launch the subwoofer cones to the moon! And, that’s if they don’t just vaporize first!
