wow, i thought paypal would have some way of preventing this problem... seems like an easy way to scam people.

If he won the claim, once the scammer gets/puts money on his paypal balance, they will automatically send it to his account.....So he will end up paying his mom back, and then she will get 350 in her account:laugh:

call your credit card company and dispute it. I did it with a deal. He never sent anything. I paid with my capitalone. I disputed it and they took the money from paypal.
