Hey I just got a old used chevy truck and I am getting a Alpine Type-X SPX-177A
6-3/4" component speaker system put in it and I have no idea what frequency response, recommended power range, peak power handling, and sensitivity are and I wanted your opinion on a CHEAP amp that would work good with the speakers. I just want something that works good and will go easy on my pockets because I am going to be working for a year to pay off the speakers haha. This is all the info. I got on the speakers...
-->6-3/4" hemp-fiber woofer
-->cast aluminum woofer frame
-->nitrobutylene rubber (NBR) surround
-->1" hand-coated textile dome tweeter swivels up to 30° (surface- and flush- mounting)
-->2-way crossover with extensive adjustment circuitry
-->biamp or single input operation
-->frequency response 35-35,000 Hz
-->recommended power range 8-60 watts RMS
-->peak power handling 240 watts
-->sensitivity 90 dB
-->top-mount depth 2-3/4"
Please help me because I am lost. Send me a web address or a good name of a amp that will work with this. and remember...keep it CHEAP!!!
Thanks,
Henry
