Need Suggestions for amp

Hi I am going to be ordering my new system online. I just need an amp to choose.

I am getting a Alpine Type R 124D sub. I was to get the most out of it. My budget is $250 or less.

Also do i need another amp for just my speakers? So in all I need two amps? One for the speakers and one for the sub? I may be mistaken.

Yeah a small 4 channel would probably work nicely for you

what is the rms rating on the type r? also i suggest u dont use an amp for coaxial speakers. waste of money IMO. go with component speakers.

Here: this 3 channel.

Amp the front speakers and sub only. Run the rear 6x9's off the HU.

Ok. any amp recommendations for one Alpine Type R 12" sub at 4 ohm?

The 5-1/4 are in the front and the 6x9 are in the back.

Check out the Blaupunkt Velocity amps over at http://www.midwestelectronics.com. They are of decent build quality and will do rated power.

Another option is to scour the used section.

For ideal power, I'll recommend you get at least a 4x60w rms @ 4 ohms and a 1x600w rms @ 2 ohms.
